Collection
First of all, you fill out the online Booking Form available by clicking here, or by calling us on 0845 123 456. We will collect all the information we require from you and the type of laptop service you desire. We will then schedule a collection on the day of your choice or provide you with details on how to send it to us. You then pack your laptop and power supply (we have a packing guide in our FAQ section).
Diagnosis
Once we receive the laptop, our laptop technicians will run a Free diagnosis on the laptop within 48HRs.Once we have diagnosed the problem, we will contact you with a laptop repair price quote and estimated time of completion before proceeding with any work. If you do not wish to go ahead with the repair, you can choose any of our 4 great options we offer, or we will return the laptop to you.
Repair
As soon as the laptop repair quote has been approved our Laptop technicians will repair your laptop. Once the repairs have been carried out, we will contact you and invoice you for the work carried out.
Return
When the payment has been received, we will organise to return the laptop on a day of your choice and to an address specified by you.
